The Abe Banister/Elaine Stergiou Scholarship awards graduating high school seniors attending institutions of higher education.

Through support from community partnerships, GWCF offers Community Connections to provide resources and food for Franklin Country with a specific focus on Driving Park.

This program offers rehabilitation and new construction of properties in the GWCF target area. The project creates quality and affordable housing options to low and moderate income families.
Early Learning Academy:
The Early Learning Academy is a tutoring program benefitting local Elementary School children with identified below average academic scores in preschool-sixth grade.
Healthy Families Healthy Choices:
Healthy Families Healthy Choices focuses on comprehensive wellness including nutrition and a family engagement component.
Gertrude M. Wood Adult Learning Scholarship:
The Gertrude M. Wood Adult Learning Scholarship will benefit Adults over the age of 19 to achieve literacy enhancements such as The Adult Basic Education (ABE) course, General Educational Development (GED) course, and the English as a Second Language (ESL) course.
Just Between Us Mentoring Program (JBUMP):
JBUMP is a faith-based program designed for at-risk males and females to promote positive relationship development and intergenerational bonding between youth ages 10-18 and mature, experienced men and women.
1 Home Program:
Credit restoration coaching and financial literacy classes provided to community residents to support and promote housing stability.
One Street @ a Time
Renovated properties are available for sale and lease. Low to moderate income residents whose income is either at or below 80% of the area median income may apply.
Homeownership in Progress (HIP)
HIP offers assistance to families interested in leasing to own. The GWCF provides financial training and coaching to families that require short-term financial repair. The financial training and coaching provided creates the solid foundation needed to facilitate a successful mortgage loan application process within a 12-month period while you live in the home.
Project Dream Maker
Project Dream Maker offers residents the opportunity to purchase newly constructed, three-four bedrooms, one-two story, single family homes in the Driving Park Community.
School Supply Give-Away:
Age-appropriate school supplies provided to students in grades K-12 every year in August. Additional resources are provided to families to support relevant needs.
